When you become a member in the True Freedom Plan from American Senior Services, Inc, the role of the paying employer shifts to them. They begin by negotiating a fair and competitive rate of pay with your friend and then cover her weekly paycheck. You choose the number of hours that you want her to work and by applying multiple discounts, your cost can be less than $5.00 an hour. Your friend could be making twice that amount or more while your cost is locked in and will never go up.
What if my friend calls in sick?
That's when the flexibility of the True Freedom plan allows American Senior Services, Inc to dispatch a trained Care Companion from a Licensed Home Healthcare Service or Agency with only a phone call from you. They have contracts with many established Caregiver Services nationwide so an experienced caregiver is always poised to arrive at your home when you need care.
